About Bailey

I am a Chicago based Design + Product Strategist working hard to create insightful user experiences. Exploring new frontiers excites my soul and allows me to leverage my passions to directly feel the power of design driving change.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design (DAAP), receiving a B.S. in Communication Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I studied the foundations of design including hand sketching, typographic studies, compositional studies, photography, motion design and interaction design.

I was motivated by the curiosity of not only researching and creating bold new ideas, but also bringing them to life in the real world by learning at the Lindner College of Business.

I have always seen myself on an entrepreneurial path, starting in high school when I started a custom apparel business to afford my college education. Then onto college when pursuing Om Candle Company, and now creating Faba.

I have been working with Deloitte Digital (legacy Doblin) for four years, absorbing all I can from those around me. I have worked on a multitude of projects ranging from structuring innovation capabilities to creating digital product concepts to drive non-core growth.
