About Bailey

I am a Chicago based Design + Innovation Strategist working hard to create insightful user experiences. Exploring new frontiers excites my soul and allows me to leverage my passions to directly feel the power of design driving change.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design (DAAP), receiving a B.S. in Communication Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Throughout those 5 years I studied the foundations of design including hand sketching, typographic studies, compositional studies, photography, motion design and interaction design.

Along the course of my time there I was motivated by the curiosity of not only researching and creating ideas but also bringing them to life in the real world. So, I decided to learn more about ‘how to make it real’ and decided to participate in Entrepreneurship courses offered from the Lindner College of Business where I learned the fundamentals of business development and the challenges that come with it.

I have always seen myself on an entrepreneurial path, starting in high school when I started a custom apparel business to afford my college education. Then onto college when pursuing Om Candle Company, and now creating Nouri.

I have been working with Deloitte Digital (legacy Doblin) for over two years now, absorbing all I can from those around me. I have worked on a multitude of projects ranging from defining future patient experiences to creating a digital product to empower public sector employees to take control of their financial well-being.
